How much is the ASIC lodgement fee to set up a company in Australia?

The ASIC fee to lodge a Form 201 that is required to incorporate a new company in Australia is $597 (from 1 July 2024). No GST applies.

The ASIC annual review fee that must be paid each year to keep the company registered is $321 (from 1 July 2024). No GST applies.
