When we came across a particular problem, we knew we needed a lawyer and we came across ADLV Law on the internet. We have a lawyer friend who doesn’t do litigation work but he was able to check out ADLV Law’s terms and he told us their rates were reasonable.
Initially, I had a helpful lengthy discussion with ADLV Law over the phone. I then went and met with them, and found them quick to get a grasp of the facts and good at taking down all the details.
I was comfortable dealing with ADLV Law. Our lawyer was very good, easy to get on with and gave you the full details on everything. You could have a very honest discussion and they really did give you the bottom line on things.

They made sure my commercial lease was watertight
We went to ADLV Law when we needed a commercial lease prepared for our investment property in Chatswood.
The tenants of our commercial office space had some special requests which made it a bit tricky. There was quite a bit of discussion and it was all agreed to verbally, but when we got the heads of agreement documents from the real estate agent, I read them and realised the most important clauses were missing!… We needed the wording of the lease to reflect what had been agreed, and ADLV Law ensured that the clauses were clear and easy to understand. It was pretty efficient preparation and I was kept informed by ADLV Law every step of the way.
It was all done in two weeks, and now everything’s fine and signed off!

You won’t get lost, like in a big firm
