You will join a highly respected team of recognised experts, including two Accredited Specialists in Business Law (via the Law Society of New South Wales), accredited Family Business Advisers, Chartered Tax Advisers, ARITA-accredited insolvency practitioners, and Fellows of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Our Business Operations team sits at the core of our Sustainable Business Operating System (SBOS). By joining our Business Operations team, you will be exposed to life in a busy and growing professional services firm. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork. More senior Business Operations team members work closely with their team leaders and our Executive Team to ensure critical business functions are executed to the highest standard, and are continually improving.
At all levels, leadership is encouraged. All team members are expected to participate in the ‘business of law’ and make a meaningful contribution, taking into account their seniority, capabilities and interests.
Although we have been around for over 24 years, we still feel like a start-up! We expect all team members to spend time behind the curtain, building our capability and helping our firm grow.
A paradise for lifelong learners
You will be joining a team of curious learners. We are continually working on our extensive training program. Our lawyers have the opportunity to join structured training that is held three times per week. In addition, we run weekly Socratic discussion groups for tax law, insolvency law and litigation. These sessions get our team together to share knowledge, sharpen our skills and engage in healthy discussion.
We also encourage regular and active participation in external training – whether as a participant or presenter. We operate with an unlimited budget for training and courses that make sense for our personal and professional growth.
